پچھلی اقساط میں مشرکین حجاز و عرب کے عقائد اور بت پرستی کی تاریخ بیان کی  گئی.. اس قسط میں ھم آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ولادت مبارکہ کے وقت سرزمین عرب میں موجود دوسرے مذاھب اور ادیان کا ایک مختصر جائزہ پیش کریں گے.. یہودیت.. عرب میں بت پرستی کے بعد دوسرا اھم ترین مذھب یہودیت تھا.. یہ لوگ دو وجہ سے سرزمین میں آباد ھوۓ.. ایک تو اس لیے کہ حضرت عیسی' علیہ سلام کی پیدائش سے پانچ سو سال پہلے جب بابل کے بادشاہ "بخت نزار" نے فلسطین کو تاراج کیا اور تباہ و برباد کیا تو یہودیوں کے بہت سے قبائل جان بچاکر دنیا کے کئی دوسرے حصوں کی طرف بھاگے.. انہی میں سے چند قبائل عرب کی طرف آ نکلے اور خود کو یہاں محفوظ جان کر آباد ھوگئے.. دوسری بہت اھم وجہ یہ تھی کہ یہودیوں کو تورات و زبور کی پیش گوئیوں کی وجہ سے علم تھا کہ اللہ عنقریب اپنا آخری پیغمبر سرزمین عرب میں مبعوث فرمانے والا ھے.. یہ اس نبی کو اپنا نجات دھندہ جانتے تھے اس لیے یہ لوگ آخری نبی کے انتظار میں یہاں آ کر آباد ھوگئے.. چونکہ حضرت ابراھیم علیہ سلام سے لیکر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تک جتنے بھی نبی آۓ سب ب

درحقیقت مشرکین مکہ و عرب ان بتوں کو معبود حقیقی نہیں مانتے تھے بلکہ وہ اللہ  کو ھی واحد معبود حقیقی مانتے تھے.. وہ ان بتوں کو اللہ کی بارگاہ میں اپنا سفارشی تصور کرتے تھے اور وہ ان بتوں کی تعظیم و عبادت اس اعتقاد کے ساتھ کرتے تھے کہ یہ ان کو اللہ سے قریب کردیں گے.. دوسرا وہ تصور کرتے تھے کہ ان بتوں کو خدائی صفات میں سے قوتیں اور طاقتیں حاصل ھیں لیکن بہرحال حقیقی رازق و مالک وہ اللہ کو ھی مانتے تھے.. دراصل مشرک ھوتا ھی وھی ھے جو اللہ کو مان کر پھر اس کی ذات , صفات یا عبادت میں کسی اور کو شریک کرے.. ان مشرکانہ عقائد کا نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ مشرکین مکہ بری طرح سے توھم پرستی کا شکار ھوگئے.. وہ بات بات سے نیک و بد شگون لیتے اور پھر برے شگون سے بچنے کے لیے کاھنوں کی خدمات حاصل کرتے.. اس طرح کاھنوں کا جنتر منتر اور ٹوٹکوں کا کاروبار خوب چمکا ھوا تھا.. کاھن لوگ جنوں بھوتوں کے مطیع ھونے کا دعو'ی کرتے اور لوگوں کو جھوٹی سچی غیب کی خبریں دیتے تھے.. شرک و بت پرستی میں ڈوبے یہ عرب انتہا درجے کے رسوم پرست تھے اور جاھلانہ رسوم و رواج کا ایک طویل سلسلہ ان کے ھاں رائج تھا.. ان کی بت پرس

آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ولادت مبارکہ کے وقت عربوں اور خصوصا"  مشرکین مکہ میں جن بتوں کو بہت اھم جانا جاتا تھا ان کی تفصیل درج ذیل ھے.. ھبل.. یہ مشرکین مکہ کے سب سے اھم ترین بتوں میں سے ایک تھا.. دراصل یہ اھل شام کا دیوتا "بعل" تھا جس کے معنی "طاقتور" کے ھیں اور جسے عربوں نے (بعل کی تحریف شدہ شکل) ھبل کا نام دیا.. یہ بت قریش مکہ کو انسانی مورت کی شکل میں ملا جو سرخ عقیق سے تراشا ھوا تھا.. اس کا دایاں ھاتھ ٹوٹا ھوا تھا.. قریش مکہ نے وہ سونے کا بنوا کر لگا دیا.. ھبل خاص خانہ کعبہ کی چھت پر نصب تھا.. مشرکین مکہ جنگوں میں اسی ھبل کا نام لیکر نعرے لگاتے تھے.. فتح مکہ کے موقع پر حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسے پاش پاش کیا.. عزی'.. مکہ سے چند میل دور وادی نخلہ میں کیکر کے ایک درخت کے نیچے عزی' کا تھان تھا جہاں عزی' کا بت نصب تھا جبکہ خانہ کعبہ میں بھی عزی' کا بت رکھا ھوا تھا جسے فتح مکہ کے وقت توڑا گیا.. جبکہ وادی نخلہ میں عزی' کے اصل بت کو توڑنے کے لیے حضرت خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ عنہ کو بھیجا گیا.. عزی' کا بت مشرکین

Amol Palekar, known as the best common man actor with great comedy skills, turns 73 today. Born on 24th November 1944 in Bombay, Amol Palekar began his artistic career as a painter and participated in several one-man exhibitions and group shows. He studied Fine Arts at the Sir JJ School of Arts, Mumbai. Amol Palekar, as an actor, ruled the silver screen for over a decade from 1970. Mirza Jameel Ud Deen Ahmad has explored various traits of literature, but he is famous mostly because of his Dauhas. He was born on January 20, 1925 in Delhi. However, his ancestral city was Luharo.  After partition, he moved to Pakistan and started working in one of the central government offices there. In 1951, he passed the competition of C.S.S and got promoted to the post of income tax commissioner.  He finished his L.L.B in 1976. He was the brain of the establishment of Pakistan Writers’ Guild. He writes under the pen name, Aali. In addition to ghazals, he has composed dohaas and songs too.  He is the honorary secretary of Anjuman-E-Taraqqiy-E-Urdu, Pakistan. Waheed Murad, was a Pakistani film actor, producer and script writer, famous for his charming expressions, attractive personality, tender voice and unusual talent for acting. He is considered as one of the most famous and influential actors of South Asia. He is often referred to as “Chocolate Hero”. Abdur Rashid Kardar was a man of many parts: actor, director, producer, writer –he was a pioneer of the Indian film industry. Born in Lahore, in pre-partition India, A R Kardar started his career as a calligraphist working on film posters for foreign film productions. His first brush with filmmaking was when he worked as an assistant director and an actor in Lahore’s first silent film “Daughter of Today” that released in 1924. Believing that his future lay in film, Kardar set up a studio and production company under the name United Players Corporation in 1928 that laid the foundation for the film industry in Lahore. He made his directorial debut with the film “Husn ka Daku” also known as “Mysterious Eagle” in 1930 under this banner. In 1940 A. R. Kardar established Kardar Studios that was situated in the Lower Parel area in Mumbai and started directing films under his own banner Kardar Productions. جب حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام نے حضرت اسمائیل علیہ السلام کے ساتھ ملکر  خانہ کعبہ کی تعمیر کی تو آپ کی تبلیغ سے قبائل جرھم و قطورا نے دین ابراھیمی قبول کرلیا اور اللہ کو ایک خدا مان لیا.. حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام کے بعد حضرت اسمائیل علیہ السلام کے اثر سے بعد میں مکہ آباد ھونے والے بھی دین حنیف یعنی حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام کا دین قبول کرتے رھے.. تب آل اسمائیل سمیت تمام قبائل مکہ صرف ایک واحد خدا کی عبادت کے قائل تھے اور خانہ کعبہ کا تقدس پوری طرح سے قائم تھا لیکن جب حضرت اسمائیل علیہ السلام کی وفات کے بعد پھر کوئی نبی اھل مکہ کی راھنمائی کے لیے مبعوث نہ ھوا تو آھستہ آھستہ ان میں شرک و گمراھی پھیلنے لگی.. پچھلی ایک قسط میں ذکر کیا گیا کہ جب مکہ پر قبیلہ ایاد و بنو خزاعہ یکے بعد دیگرے حملہ آور ھوۓ تو بنو اسمائیل کے کئی قبائل کو مکہ چھوڑنا بھی پڑا.. تب یہ لوگ برکت کی غرض سے کعبہ کا ایک پتھر بھی اپنے ساتھ لے گئے.. کعبہ سے نسبت کی وجہ سے وہ اس کی بہت تعظیم کرنے لگے.. اس تعظیم کا اثر یہ ھوا کہ آھستہ آھستہ آنے والے وقت میں ان کی آل اولاد نے خود اسی پتھر کو معبود مجازی کا درجہ دے دی

Faiz Ahmed Faiz was born 13th February in 1911 in Sialkot in an academic family that was well known in literary circles.
